Here at svaa.life we work with a large network of high-speed courier partners to provide our customers with the best service, making it as trouble-free and as effortless as we can. Delivery might get affected due to unseen circumstances causing the indefinite delay. In case delivery gets affected, our customer care team will reach out to you and provide regular updates.
On confirming the order, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt of the order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of your package to confirm the same.
In the case of multiple orders, dispatch of the product(s) may happen in multiple shipments.
Please note that the orders placed before 11 am will be shipped on the same day and those after will be shipped on the next working day. Our order handling time is up to one day.
Before dispatch and handover to the delivery partner, your product(s) are thoroughly inspected and packed with care.
The average transit time is 3-7 days depending on the delivery address. Our delivery partners will try to deliver your package at the earliest. In case they are unable to reach your provided address at/or a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
